Bio

Larry D. Flynn has been actively practicing law since 1981. He obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin in 1978 and his law degree from St. Mary's University of San Antonio in 1981. Mr. Flynn began his legal career in 1981 in Dallas, Texas. After several years with a Dallas law firm, where he obtained a wide range of legal experience in general business, tax, corporate and securities law, Mr. Flynn began his own private practice in general civil law, with an emphasis on business and corporate matters. In 1987, he joined the Dallas firm of Seeligson & Steinberg, P.C. As a partner in Seeligson & Steinberg, P.C., Mr. Flynn practiced in the areas of general business, corporate and securities law, estate planning, real estate, banking and civil litigation.

In 1991, Mr. Flynn founded the Firm for the practice of general civil law in Grapevine, Texas, and relocated the Firm to Southlake in 1998. With an extensive background in business, Mr. Flynn practices primarily in general business, corporate and securities law, complex estate planning, real estate, and banking. Mr. Flynn's clients include individuals, businesses, real estate development companies, investment companies, banks and non-profit organizations. In addition, Mr. Flynn is a licensed escrow officer and contract fee attorney for Alamo Title Company.

Mr. Flynn is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Tarrant County Bar Association, and the Texas Land Title Association. He is licensed to practice in the State of Texas, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Tax Court.

Mr. Flynn is active in civic and community affairs. He served for many years as a director of the Southlake Chamber of Commerce and as the Chairman of the Southlake Chamber in 1997. He is a graduate of the Chamber- and city-sponsored "Leadership Southlake" program.
